To link your registered domain name to your Beatsy hosting account, log in to your domain registrar and update your nameservers to:

• ns1.beatsysolutions.co.ke
• ns2.beatsysolutions.co.ke

DNS propagation typically completes within 1 to 4 hours worldwide.

You can access your cPanel dashboard via either:

1. Your domain URL: https://yourdomain.co.ke/cpanel
2. Direct Server IP: https://server.beatsysolutions.co.ke:2083
3. Instant Single Sign-On (SSO) directly inside your Beatsy Client Portal.

All Beatsy hosting accounts include automated SSL. In cPanel, navigate to SSL/TLS Status, select your domain names, and click Run AutoSSL. Your green lock certificate will be issued and installed within 5 minutes.

Use the following secure SSL settings when configuring your email client:

Navigate to https://yourdomain.co.ke/webmail or https://webmail.yourdomain.co.ke in any browser. Enter your full email address and mailbox password to access Roundcube Webmail.

1. Open your invoice in the Invoices Section.
2. Select M-Pesa Online and enter your active Safaricom phone number.
3. Click Pay Now — a pop-up prompt will appear on your phone asking for your M-Pesa PIN.
4. Enter your PIN. The invoice will update to PAID automatically in real time.

Go to M-Pesa menu > Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill:
• Business No: 4023103
• Account No: Your Invoice Number (e.g. INV-1024)
• Amount: Total indicated on invoice.
After paying, enter the transaction code (e.g. SKL1294821) on the verification page for automatic reconciliation.

At the start of each cashier shift, enter the opening cash float amount in the POS module. At the end of the day, run the Z-Report to compare expected cash, M-Pesa, and card totals with physical counts before finalizing the shift.

In the admin back-office, go to Inventory > Import Products. Download the sample CSV template, fill in your product names, categories, selling prices, and barcode numbers, then upload. The system automatically indexes barcodes for instant barcode scanner lookups.

Log in and navigate to Beatsy Academy. Click on your enrolled course to launch the interactive video player, view lesson code snippets, download cheat sheets, and take module quizzes.

Once all lesson checkboxes and quizzes are completed, a Download Certificate button will activate on your course completion page. Every certificate includes a unique cryptographic verification link suitable for LinkedIn and employer resumes.
